And we’ve designed this one to be an INVALUABLE tool to you as a well rounded athlete and business owner/professional.

Without a doubt, building the habit of consistent journaling is one of the most POWERFUL things you can do for yourself!

As an athlete and business owner, I’ve struggled with having a SINGLE journal that houses everything I need. And that’s exactly why I designed the MODULAR JOURNAL

Each journal is comprised of a 10-day ‘module.’ The goal is to string as many modules together as you can. At the end of 10 days there is a Review that helps solidify and bring closure to your time using the journal.

Once you finish a module, it’s time to start another! They’re purposely chunked into relatively small time periods so you can quickly build momentum.

The MODULAR JOURNAL is designed to be printed on a home computer. Simply print out the PDF on both sides, then fold and staple.

Below you will see a sample page filled out, so you can get an idea of how to use it. I’ve also included an 8 and a half minute video going over everything. I recommend setting playback speed at 1.5x or 2x so you can get through it faster. (NOTE: updates and changes are constantly being made, what you see in the video may be slightly different then the newest version, but the concepts are the same.)
